Everything you need to know about your membership
How do I become a member and get access to the My Face Yoga Gym routines?
It’s super simple, sign up for the MFYG Membership here on the website or app. We offer both monthly and annual plans.
I’m new to Face Yoga - where should I start?
When you join My Face Yoga Gym you will get access to our Start Here area. Here you will find a 5-week Beginner Program and other videos for newcomers. You can also use the search filter and choose “Beginner” as a Level.
What’s included in the membership?
As a member, you’ll get unlimited access to our full library of face yoga routines, tutorials, and guided programs. You’ll also join a supportive community, receive weekly encouragement emails from Niki, be able to save your favourite classes, write personal notes, and create your own face yoga playlists and wellness calendars.
Are there face yoga challenges?
Yes! We run major community challenges throughout the year which gives everyone (and face) a beautiful boost. It’s a great way to connect, learn new workouts and see improvements. Plus, you can access all past challenges anytime through the membership.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $25 USD per month or $299 USD per year (as of 1st February 2025). All plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime, no strings attached.
Do you offer live classes?
Yes! Niki hosts regular weekly live classes where the community comes together in real-time. Can’t make it live? No worries - you can catch all the replays in the library.
Is this suitable during pregnancy?
Absolutely. Face yoga is 100% safe to do throughout your pregnancy.
How long are the classes?
We have created routines for all times of the days, needs and desires. Sessions can range from quick 5 minute mini routines to master as you get ready for the day, to long full immersions up to 45 minutes. It really depends on your needs and where the workout can meet you.
Do you offer live and in-person classes?
Yes! We regularly host live virtual face yoga classes that you can join from anywhere. Niki also occasionally offers in-person workshops and events—keep an eye on our newsletter or Instagram for upcoming dates.
What do I need for the classes?
Just your hands, a mirror, and a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Some classes may recommend facial tools (like gua sha, face cups or a face tape), but they’re completely optional. Facial oil is also needed for some of the classes.
I feel like I have no time – can I really fit this in?
Yes, definitely. Face Yoga is designed to be simple, flexible, and effective - even just a few minutes a day can make a big difference. As a member you will get access to our playlist with short face workouts.
Can I book a 1:1 class with Niki?
Currently Niki is not offering 1:1.The best way to utilise intimate and personalised support is to join in on the live classes where you will be able to workout with Niki live. You will also be able to submit your questions. This is available in your MFYG membership.
